Unlike conventional space heaters that rely on blowing air, the SUNKOS SK-E2
uses far-infrared radiation to warm surfaces and objects directly. This
approach eliminates the need for internal fans, reducing both noise and air
disturbance. At the center of the system is a flexible carbon nano heating film
that emits radiation in the 3–15 micrometer range, supporting quiet,
convection-based heat distribution. The heater is suitable for rooms up to 300
square feet and creates stable warmth without circulating dust or drying the
air, making it more appropriate for enclosed spaces like bedrooms, offices, or
shared living areas.
The unit features a
digital thermostat with a temperature range of 60°F to 90°F, alongside an ECO
mode that continuously adjusts output between 10W and 1500W based on ambient
conditions. This regulation is handled through a high-precision sensor designed
to maintain consistent heat levels while minimizing energy use. The system is
accessible through multiple control options, including a mobile app, a remote,
and an onboard interface. Operating without light or sound, the heater
integrates into daily routines without drawing attention to itself and can run
quietly through the night or workday.
The heater’s structure supports both mobility and fixed placement. With a slim 2.2-inch profile and a weight of approximately 7 pounds, it can be moved easily or mounted on a wall. The outer shell is made from V0-rated flame-retardant aramid mesh and remains cool to the touch during operation. Safety mechanisms include automatic shut-off in the event of tipping or overheating, and the 6.5-foot power cord provides extended reach for flexible positioning. With its low-profile design, steady performance, and safety-focused construction, the SUNKOS SK-E2 is equipped for quiet, energy-efficient heating across a wide range of indoor settings.
