    • 1.8 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • 2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    • 2.1 No Warranties

Innovation Library provides the Site and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or Services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site or Services. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Innovation Library disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk.

    • 2.2 Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Innovation Library does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any Content on the Site or Services. The Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right to make changes to the Content at any time without notice. Any reliance on the Content is solely at your own risk.

    • 2.3 Third-Party Content

The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Innovation Library is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

    • 2.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Innovation Library, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    • 2.6 Force Majeure

      • This clause essentially says that Innovation Library won't be held responsible for any delays or failures in providing its services if those delays or failures are caused by events beyond its control.

      • Example: Let's say a court decides that the limitation of liability for a certain type of damage is too broad and therefore unenforceable. The severability clause ensures that the rest of the disclaimer, including limitations on other types of damages, would still hold up.
