V1TAL leverages onboard sensors and a built-in camera to record your meal. After eating, the device automatically syncs with the Zepp app—logging calorie counts, macronutrients, and nutritional details without manual entry.
Beyond nutrition data, the prototype analyses eating habits—such as skipping healthy foods or eating too quickly—and offers personalized tips to improve your relationship with food.
Designed to be worn or placed on a desk, V1TAL also doubles as a lifestyle companion. It supports notifications, to-do lists, and video capture—all while syncing data with Zepp Health's wearable platforms.
Traditional nutrition tracking is time-consuming and prone to errors. V1TAL addresses these challenges by automating data capture and providing real-time insights—making meal logging effortless and intuitive.
By aligning with Amazfit’s wearable ecosystem, the device enables users to combine nutrition data with fitness and sleep metrics—creating more accurate, personalized health guidance for goals like weight loss or athletic performance.
As a prototype, V1TAL is on track for a 2025 launch—possibly in Q1 or Q2—making it a rare CES concept with near-future commercial potential.
Public reception so far shows excitement at the convenience and novelty of hands-free food tracking, though the idea of being recorded while eating has raised privacy considerations.
