goals. From there, LINC connects to wearable platforms including Apple Health,
WHOOP, and Oura, pulling in real-time data like sleep, recovery, and activity.
That combined data shapes a supplement plan the company states is continuously
refined within defined safety ranges rather than set once and left alone. Each
day, LINC prepares and dispenses a drink based on the most recent data available,
adjusting automatically in the background without requiring a person to
manually update anything.
Working With or Without a Wearable
LINC states a wearable device isn't required to
use the system at all; the survey data covering biology, goals, and lifestyle
is enough on its own to get started. Connecting a wearable simply allows the
system to adjust dosing in real time rather than relying on those fixed initial
inputs. LINC also states it's designed to integrate with blood test results and
