A smart ring that tracks sleep, stress, and aging in real time. No screen, no bulk, just data that actually means something.

The
human body generates an enormous amount of health data every single hour. Heart
rate, sleep cycles, stress responses, and recovery patterns. All of it is happening
constantly, all of it is going largely unread. For most people, that information
only becomes visible when something goes wrong. CUDIS is built around a
different idea. What if you could read that data every day, before anything
goes wrong, and actually do something with it?
CUDIS
is an AI-powered smart ring designed for continuous health monitoring across
four areas: sleep quality, physical activity, stress levels, and biological
aging. It sits on the finger and collects data around the clock without
requiring any interaction from the wearer. That data is then processed through
an AI coaching system that turns raw numbers into readable insights, daily
recommendations on recovery, training, nutrition, and sleep habits tailored to
the individual wearing it. The ring itself is built from titanium, weighs under
three grams, runs for up to ten days on a single charge, and carries a five ATM
water resistance rating.
The
wrist has been the default location for health wearables for years. The finger,
it turns out, is significantly more accurate for certain biometric readings.
Blood flow to the finger is more consistent, which makes readings like heart
rate variability and blood oxygen levels more reliable over time. A ring also
removes the screen, the notifications, and the constant interaction that comes
with a smartwatch. It stays on during sleep without discomfort. It does not
interrupt. It simply collects.
Raw
health data on its own is not particularly useful for most people. Knowing your
heart rate variability score means very little without context. The AI coaching
system inside CUDIS is built to bridge that gap, taking continuous biometric
data from the smart ring and translating it into something actionable. Less a
dashboard of numbers, more a daily conversation about what the body is doing
and what to do about it.
